A budgie (Budgerigar) is the first bird most people purchase. Any website about budgie is welcome to join this webring. Your website may discuss the details of providing the food, water, and shelter (cage) needed by budgie. Others may be discussing the genetics of breeding for the different color mutations. Still other acceptable topics would be blogs, stories about cockatiels, photographs, or how to deal with behavior or medical problems. Breeders are welcome too. If you are a breeder, please provide information on what you have available, if you ship birds, and how to contact you. Please join this webring celebrating one of America’s favorite birds-budgie.
As with all my rings there are 2 main rules.

1. All sites must be family safe. No porn, No racial or religious hate please.

2. The ring code must be installed on the page you submit.

I've created a forum for my rings.  A place to ask questions and hopefully get answers about navbar codes or anything else webring related. If you are a member of any of my rings you are welcome to join. And if you have any rings of your own or you have created a new ring you can tell about it here.

Traditionally, the budgerigar was thought to be the link between the genera Neophema and Pezoporus based on the barred plumage. However, recent phylogenetic studies using DNA sequences place the budgerigar very close to the lories (subfamily Loriinae) and the fig parrots (tribe Cyclopsittacini).
Above the forest of the parakeets,
A parakeet of parakeets prevails,
A pip of life amid a mort of tails.
