As with all my rings there are 2 main rules.
1. All sites must be family safe. No porn or racial hate please.
2. The ring code must be installed on the page you submit.
I've created a forum for my rings. A place to ask questions and hopefully get answers about navbar codes or anything else webring related. If you are a member of any of my rings you are welcome to join. And if you have any rings of your own or you have created a new ring you can tell about it here.
Celestially speaking, Groundhog Day on Feb. 2 is a "cross-quarter" day, about halfway between the winter solstice in December and the vernal equinox in March, and is celebrated in some cultures as the midpoint of winter. It's not far from the time many groundhogs end their hibernation anyway, around the second week of February.
"There's only one day the whole long year, that I hope and pray the sun won't appear. The second of February, you all know, the groundhog goes searching for his shadow. If he should find it, the story is told, we'll have six more weeks of winter's cold. But if it's cloudy, his shadow's not there. There'll soon be warm weather and days will be fair. So please, Sun, for just this one day, find a big dark cloud - and stay away!"
