The Healthy Digestion Ring
A ring for help with acid reflux, heartburn, barretts esophagus and other digestive problems.
As with all my rings there are 2 main rules.

Stomachache Tea
2 cups boiling water
1 tsp each chamomile flowers and lemon balm leaves
½ tsp each catnip leaves and fennel or dill seeds
Pour boiling water over herbs and steep for 10 minutes.
Strain out herbs and allow to cool.
