Quiet Spirit Tea Blend
1/2 c. dried rosemary leaves
1/2 c. dried lavender flowers
1/2 c. dried mint leaves
1/4 c. dried chamomile
1/4 c. dried cloves
Mix and keep in an airtight container. When you are ready to use place 1 t. mix to 6 oz. boiling water-a tea ball is one of the best methods for infusing.. Steep 5-8 minutes and strain before serving
