This ring is open for all sites related to finding free penpals, snail mail or email friends. Our purpose is to create a network of penpal sites from all over the world!
As with all my rings there are 2 main rules.
1. All sites must be family safe. No porn or racial hate please.
2. The ring code must be installed on the page you submit.
