Why do we always see the same side of the Moon?
Our Moon always keeps the same face turned towards the Earth because the time it takes to orbit us happens to be the exact same time it takes to rotate on its own axis. The Moon takes 27 days to revolve once around the Earth and 27 days to turn once on its own axis.
