The Buddhist Community Ring
A Ring for all sites about Buddha or Buddhism.
As with all my rings there are 2 main rules.
1. All sites must be family safe. No porn or racial hate please.
2. The ring code must be installed on the page you submit.
I've created a forum for my rings. A place to ask questions and hopefully get answers about navbar codes or anything else webring related. If you are a member of any of my rings you are welcome to join. And if you have any rings of your own or you have created a new ring you can tell about it here.
Progressive Relaxation:
Lie down or sit in a comfortable chair in a quiet setting, close your eyes and begin by making tight fists with your hands. Hold for five seconds, then relax, paying close attention to the draining of tention. Do this three times, noting the contrast between tension and relaxation. Do the same sequence throughout your body's various muscle groups: arms, forehead, mouth, shoulders, chest, abdomen, back, hips, thighs, lower legs and feet. Concentrate on the pleasureable feeling of release as you let the flex go.
Meditation brings wisdom; lack of meditation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, and choose the path that leads to wisdom."
