My cousin Melva and I used to watch the Monkees every week. And we had all their records. My favorite was Micky and hers was Davy. We were hooked and proud of it. I think we drove my dad nuts with all our talks about them. Dad was a country & western fan and just couldn't understand our love of rock n' roll.
